This Referral Program Agreement, in combination with other Agreements relating to your use of Wiziin, is made between User (“you”, “your”) and Wiziin (“we,” “our”, “us”) and governs your participation in the Referral Program. By requesting or submit a Referral Program, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by this Agreement. We may modify this Referral Program Agreement by posting an updated version on our website. By continuing to participate in the Referral Program after the posting of such modifications, you shall be deemed to accept such modifications.

1. Qualifying Referrals:

• Companies/founders of companies have not been in previous contact with Wiziin .
• Member making referral to a company must have a pre-existing relationship with the CEO or other person in charge of fund-raising at the company.

2. Redemption Process

• Members who refer a company to Wiziin will receive an amount of carried when the company sign contract with Wiziin.
• The sharing of carry is limited to the initial fund and does not apply to any subsequent funds that might be formed to fund the target such as funds for subsequent rounds.
• The referring member will need to enter into a separate written agreement in order for this to be effective.

3. Referrals Process:

• Companies that are referred to Wiziin are put through the same process as any other company.
• If multiple members refer the same company, we take the first referral that was offered for that company, assuming it satisfied all other rules.

4. Privacy

Any information obtained in connection with the Referral Program will be collected, processed and used in accordance with Wiziin’s Privacy Policy.

5. Reservation of Rights

Wiziin reserves the right to with hold, deny or cancel and/or terminate your refer if we, in our sole discretion, deem the award of any Referral Shares as fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious or otherwise inconsistent with these Referral Program Terms or any other applicable laws or regulations.

6. Entire Agreement

This Referral Program Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between User and Wiziin for the subject matter described and no other agreements, representations, or warranties other than those provided in this Referral Program Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by you and Wiziin.
